Physical Therapy Works

The therapists at Physical Therapy Works are the only therapists in the Midwest trained in the Niel-Asher method for treating frozen and difficult shoulders.

The Niel-Asher Method is utilized to treat the following conditions:

  • Frozen Shoulder / Adhesive Capsulitis
  • Tendonitis ( Rotator Cuff and Biceps )
  • Bursitis ( Subacromial and Deltoid )
  • Limited Motion from Humerus Fractures

The technique utilizes several manual therapy techniques to quickly reduce the pain associated with shoulder conditions and dramatically improve how far you can move your shoulder.

In 2009, Ostdiek received his certification to perform the Niel-Asher technique for frozen and difficult shoulder.

Don is also trained in the Partridge method for treating frozen and difficult shoulders. Find out more about the Partridge method and how it can help you by clicking here.
