Incredible solutions here for low back pain, tightness, and discomfort. Don is a master and a gentleman. I’ve had 2 serious flare ups in the past couple years relating to a slipped or bulging disc and could barely walk. Both times it took just a few treatments and I was good as new, while nothing else was working. I had no idea what dry needling was but have learned that it is actually a very specific and remarkable science that can bring almost miraculous relief. I would recommend PT Works to anyone. I am a relatively new patient at Physical Therapy Works. I have suffered from Migraines for years (decades, actually), and had heard of Dry Needling but had never really looked into it. I was always a bit nervous to try it. After discussing my history with Don Ostdiek, he felt he could assist me and that I could benefit from this type of therapy. I was kind of dreading my first appointment, but it went so smoothly! Didn’t hurt at all… and definitely noticed less tension in my shoulder and neck area, where we focused the treatment. The office is easy to get to, and is clean and comfortable. Sara, office manager is very pleasant, and Don is thorough, calm and very good to work with. I have been seeing Don for years. From a shattered shoulder, gait training to avoid knee surgery (for years) to recovery from the Total Knee Replacement. His dry needling has provided extraordinary relief from hip, shoulder, neck and various other muscle pains. Sara is awesome and I can't express how much I appreciate Physical Therapy Works!
