Meet Dr. Don Ostdiek, PT, DPT

Don Ostdiek, Owner, graduated from Creighton University in 1998 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has been a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.

With 25 years of experience and over 2000 hours of continuing education, he is recognized by his patients and peers as a Manual Therapy Expert. When fellow therapists need manual therapy to feel better and perform at their peak, they turn to Don.

Many of Don’s continuing education hours include numerous classes in Dry Needling, which was legalized for physical therapy use in the State of Nebraska in 2011. Don has attended numerous courses with Myopain Seminars and has been certified by the American Dry Needling Institute. He was one of the first therapists in Nebraska to utilize dry needling to treat myofascial dysfunction. Don’s passion is to personally oversee all of his patients’ care. Many of his contemporaries consider him an expert in Dry Needling.

Don has also been trained to treat TMD/TMJ symptoms through the Cranial Facial Therapy Academy and has also been trained and certified in the Neil-Asher Method for the treatment of frozen or difficult shoulders.

He has attended numerous courses with the Postural Restoration Institute and utilizes their method of rehabilitation on a daily basis.

Apart from treating patients, Don serves the community by coaching youth baseball and basketball, and volunteering at the Heart Ministry Center and COPE in Elkhorn, Nebraska.
